The Board of Directors of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) made available to PSAC a payment plan for the implementation of the monetary provisions following the signing of the PA, EB, TC, SV and PSAC-UTE collective agreements. We will announce the final text and full details of the provisional agreement on the TC Group and the agreement on common issues as soon as they are available. Shortly thereafter, TC members are invited to participate in online ratification votes. The details of the votes shall be communicated as soon as possible. When the PSAC negotiates collective agreements with “separate employers”, these contracts will also be taken into account. PSAC is working with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and Parks Canada to finalize the text and timelines of the new agreements – which were ratified in November – and expects to sign the two new contracts shortly. The PSAC negotiating team unanimously recommends ratification of the provisional agreement. Most of our members are covered by agreements negotiated between the Board of Directors and our negotiator, the Public Utilities Alliance of Canada. The PSAC combines similar classification groups.
